I'll start this nice and easy, with some quick reviews to make all your lives better, America.
-The new Juxtapoz came out this week. Totally sucked, complete with incorrect links in the magazine to sucky artist websites.
-Ultimate Extinction #1 didn't suck per se, but judging from the preceding stories (Ultimate Nightmare and the Ultimate Other One) it probably will. I love my Ellis, but I'll stick with Fell & Planetary & Down & Desolation Jones. He writes a lot of books. His blog is also the only blog online actually worth checking out.
-Desolation Jones #5 totally didn't suck.
I didn't actually read anything else this week because I think I suck. But that's okay, because you just might suck worse.
Umm...
-King Kong totally sucked and if anyone tells you otherwise, they suck. NO action movie EVER needs to be three hours long. ESPECIALLY hen you know how it ends and EVEN MORE ESPECIALLY when it's a major masturbatory poo-a-thon from a director who no one will sat "no" to anymore. (You hear that Spielberg? War of the What?)
-Something that totally ROCKED however is DC's Seven Soldiers: Frankenstein. Both issues kicked ass up and down the street. The art and stories both couldn't be better. Morrison and Mahnke and in the zone.
